What are the basic yoga steps?

Posture 1: Mountain Style. Stand bent, legs together, body prone forward as far as possible, hips as far as possible to the air, head down, as far as possible to the position between the arms, at this time the body shape is like the two sides of the triangle. In the final position, both legs and arms should be straightened, with your feet following the ground while in this position. This action can further stretch the flexibility of the spine.

Posture 2 and eight-body throwing pose. The entire body should lie on the ground. After adjustment, the last things that touch the ground are the toes of the feet, knees, chest, hands and chin. The hip joint and abdomen can be lifted slightly off the ground, a move that strengthens the muscle lines of the thighs and arms.

Posture 3: Cobra pose. Lie down with your chest towards the ground, straighten your arms, lift your body from the waist, and lean back with your head. The posture at this time is very similar to that of a cobra. You can inhale when you lift your body and bow your back. This action can improve the digestive function of the stomach and is a good exercise for people with constipation and indigestion.

Posture 5. Horse riding. Extend your right leg backwards as much as you can. At the same time, the left leg should be in a curved posture and the arms should be kept straight. In the final movement, the weight of the body should rest on your hands. The left leg, right knee and right toe play a supporting role, and the action should be completed with the back in a bow shape. This action can strengthen the muscles of both legs and balance the nerves.

Posture 6. Prayer stance. Stand upright with your feet together, put your hands together on your chest, put your whole body in a completely relaxed state, and breathe evenly. This kind of action can put the practitioner in a calm and relaxed state. It is the most basic requirement for practicing yoga.
