Yoga calms the heart and rejuvenates the body

Be patient with the benefits that emerge after practicing yoga. Yoga takes time to show its effects. Within a few weeks, you will feel calmer and more focused than before. After a few months, rejuvenation of organs and glands will begin to occur.

1. Increased vitality comes from the effect of yoga on the brain and glands.

2. Youthful appearance and mood: Yoga reduces facial wrinkles and produces a natural "face-lifting" effect. This is mainly due to handstands. Our usual upright position causes gravity to pull the muscles down. Over time, facial muscles gradually collapse. By standing upside down for a few minutes every day, we can reverse the effect of gravity and turn it into a helping force for our rejuvenation. It prevents facial muscles from slacking. It reduces wrinkles and smoothes the skin naturally. Yoga handstand positions can often restore gray hair to its original color and delay gray hair. This is because handstand increases the amount of blood flowing to the hair sacs inside the scalp. This position increases the elasticity of the muscles, removes pressure on the blood vessels and nerves of the muscles, and allows more blood to flow to the scalp muscles. In other words, hair sacs get more nutrients and produce richer healthy hair.

3. Live longer: Yoga affects all conditions for longevity: the brain, glands, spine and internal organs.

4. Increase disease resistance: Yoga builds a strong physique and increases immune functions. This strengthened resistance can fight against serious conditions ranging from colds to cancer.

5. Improve vision and hearing: Normal vision and hearing mainly rely on good blood circulation and nerve transmission from the eyes and ears. The nerves and blood vessels that supply the eyes and ears must pass through the neck. As you get older, the neck loses elasticity like other parts of the spine, and nerves and blood vessels may encounter difficult and stagnant conditions when they pass through the neck. This affects the supply of nerves and blood to the eyes and ears, thereby affecting their functioning. Yoga postures and yoga neck exercises can improve neck conditions, thereby enhancing vision and hearing.

6. Improvement of mental emotions: Because yoga produces a rejuvenating effect on the glandular nervous system, including the brain, mental emotions will naturally show a positive state. It makes you more confident, more enthusiastic, and more optimistic. Daily life will also become more creative. (Editor in charge: Jiang Gang)
