There is a yoga move that is specially designed to correct leg shapes. It is very simple and has good results. I recommend you to use it:
1. Sitting in a sitting position, legs together and straight, and the upper body and lower body are at 90 degrees.
2. Inhale, lift your arms up, exhale, and use both hands to hold your feet. If you are flexible, you can extend your arms forward, your upper body closer to your legs, keep your spine upright, and try to use your chin as close to your knees or calves. Hold this position and take 5 deep breaths.
