Practice:
1. Lay on the cushion on your back, relax your body in a straight line, straighten your legs, keep your heels together, and put your arms flat on the sides of your body, with your palms facing down.
2. Inhale, lift your upper body, raise your arms horizontally forward, point your fingertips in the direction of your feet, and lift your legs off the ground. Look forward as much as possible or at your toes to feel the tightness of your abdomen. Head and heels are about 1 foot above the ground. Hold your breath, hold this position for 6-12 seconds, exhale, relax and lie on your back, and take 3 deep breaths.
3. Inhale, lift your head, waist, back, and arms off the ground again, leaving only your hips to support your body weight. Your head should be as vertical as possible to the ground and keep your eyes straight up. The head and heels are more than 1 foot above the ground, straighten your arms forward, clench your fists together, put your fists down, and hold your breath for 6-12 seconds.
4. Exhale, return to your lying flat position, relax and rest all over your body, and take 3-6 breaths. Then repeat the exercise 3-6 times.
