The more you practice yoga, the more relaxed you become
The development of yoga today is so rapid that it reaches an astonishing level. There are female yoga and male yoga, there are children's yoga, and what is even more surprising is that now there are even babies 'yoga. The types of yoga have increased and the number of people practicing it has become wider. So during the practice, have we ever thought of having a special movement as a rest posture when practicing yoga? The answer is of course yes. There are only unexpected things in the world, and there is nothing that cannot be done. A professional coach at Tianyue International College said that there is a children's pose that can be used as a resting position during practice.
There are four specific steps in Yoga Posture Children's Posture:
1. Kneel on the ground with your feet closed, your feet facing the sky, and your hips sitting on your heels.
2. Stretch your upper body forward and gently press your forehead on the ground to relax your body.
3. Place your arms on both sides of your body, palms facing up, fingers facing back, and elbows and backs of your hands flat on the ground.
Keep this position for about 15 seconds to 2 minutes, during which you can close your eyes and rest.
The child pose of yoga mimics the fetal curl in the womb and can be used as a resting position between poses, as well as gently stretching and massaging the back. But Tianyue International College's professional coaches would like to remind everyone that people with diarrhea, knee pain symptoms and pregnant women should pay attention to avoid doing this posture. If sitting on your heels makes you uncomfortable, add a piece of felt between your thighs and calves for cushioning. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
