Frontal chakra (chakra of forgiveness)
This center is a very narrow channel. The left and right veins intersect at the intersection of the optic nerves. When this center is smooth and sound, the spiritual quantity rises directly, thoughts are still, and the space for alternating thoughts is prolonged. At this time, attention can be attached to this moment of pause and calm, thereby reaching a state of full awareness but thoughtlessness. Let people appreciate that great peace and comfort. If this thoughtless state can be maintained and continued, our new exploration of the universe will begin.
This center is the gateway to the unconscious of the universe. If it is not open, Kindongma cannot rise to the top chakra, and your mind cannot combine with the overall energy of the universe.
The reason for this central blockage is too large ego and super ego. This is due to excessive physical activity and excessive thinking in the right vein, as well as excessive emotion and accumulation of thoughts in the left vein, which causes the two veins to expand like balloons and squeeze towards the middle vein. In this swollen state, the middle vein is blocked, preventing Kundundu from rising above the head.
To improve this center, we should cultivate an attitude of forgiveness for others and ourselves. If we do not forgive others, we cannot pass through this narrow channel.
To overcome the self, the Buddha also taught the world that "the Dharma has no self" is to break the "ego attachment". This self has no eternal meaning. In addition, he also taught us to use laughter to subdue ourselves. That is, when this self expands and thinks that we have done something great, we see how ridiculous this idea is.
The superego is the accumulation of thoughts from people or society. For the individual, it is his habit or fixed thought, and for society, it is the social constraint passed down from generation to generation in that society. If a person is subject to superego, he cannot change his habits. If a society is subject to superego, it cannot break free of its cultural traditions.
To overcome the superego, we must not go to its opposite and develop that self, but to overcome ideological habits and return to the center.
This chakra is connected to the optic nerve bed, so how to use our eyes is very important. If we often use our eyes to see impure things, see colors, and look left and right, our frontal chakra will not be good. The element of the forehead chakra is light, so looking at more blue skies and white clouds, more flowers and trees in nature, or more innocent children will help our forehead chakra.
