A bent stance that allows the body to expel toxins
The bending stance can stimulate the thoracic spine and promote the secretion of kidney hormones. Intense movements release excess energy in the human body, eliminate toxins in the body, eliminate inner uneasiness and irritability, and make people feel happy. At the same time, it also strengthens the practitioner's wrists, ankles and various joints.
Practice the bent stance
1. Lie on your face, straighten your legs, put your insteps on the ground, feet up, and your forehead on the ground.
2. Bend the elbow joints of both arms, place your palms on both sides of your shoulders, and press your palms down on the floor.
3. Raise your feet and touch the ground on your toes. Use your toes and hands to push up at the same time to support your body and buttocks.
4. Bend your elbows, lower your upper body, and rely on the strength of your hands and toes to stretch your entire body forward to the maximum limit.
5. Move the entire body back to its original position, then move forward, back, and cycle back and forth for 3 minutes. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
