Functions of Ferris Yoga:

Moskan yoga, known as "Tadasana" in Sanskrit, is one of the classic asanas in traditional Indian yoga. Ferris yoga can effectively eliminate various diseases caused by spinal nerve disorders. Ferris yoga movements:

1. Stand upright with your feet as wide as your shoulders.

2. When inhaling, slowly raise your arms high above your head and straighten them out, cross your hands, turn your wrists, and make your palms face up.

3. When exhaling, bring your upper body down slowly until your body is parallel to the ground.
