Yoga poses-frog pose
1. Lie on your back on the bed, bend your knees and lift them up to your waist, and then put your hands on your knees.
2. Cooperate with breathing, open your knees to both sides and hold for 4-5 breaths.
3. Merge your knees and return to the first position.
