When we conducted an employee satisfaction survey for a company, we found that more than 80% of middle managers felt that they were under great pressure. The pressure mainly came from the work tasks assigned by superiors, the handling of interpersonal relationships, and the workplace skills required by the position. Examination and evidence collection made these people feel that they were "busy". Stress in the workplace has begun to affect their bodies and emotions, and they have no time to take into account the emotional needs of their families. Guilt towards their families has given rise to a new pressure from the family, that is, how to balance the workplace and the family; some families even Both parties are in such a "busy" state. Such families often have a high income but no time to enjoy life.

These phenomena are common among white-collar workers in large cities. During the survey, it was found that the group with the greatest work pressure is often the backbone of the company. This group of people is between 30 and 45 years old, and the majority are men. They are walking in the golden stage of their careers with ideals and bear the heavy burden of "old people and young people". They share a common belief that "people are involuntarily in the Jianghu", but they do not know that they are working at the expense of their own health and happiness.

Faced with this phenomenon, how to solve it? First of all, people in the workplace need to slow down to rethink their work and adjust their perceptions: work is not only for living, but also for a better life. It is for us and our families to enjoy the joy and happiness brought by success. "Busy" means losing your heart. People in the workplace should no longer fall into a strange circle. When they are young, they sacrifice their health for money, and when they are old, they sacrifice money for health.
