Yoga is the source of my happiness
"Are you happy? I'm very happy..."This is my favorite lyrics because it fully shows my current mood. Yoga has made me undergo tremendous changes from the inside to the outside. I love life, and I love yoga even more.
My first connection with yoga was the year before last. At first, I learned yoga simply, but because of work, I kept practicing intermittently. Until I came into contact with yoga this year, the calm atmosphere deeply infected me and strengthened my determination to continue practicing. Because I love yoga and want to learn more about yoga, I signed up at the yoga studio without hesitation and became a professional yoga practitioner.
In this short and fulfilling half-month, through the teacher's meticulous and selfless words and deeds, I truly stepped into the temple of yoga. My changes were very obvious, from body to spirit, from life to mentality. It has been a good improvement. At the same time, it has also corrected many previous erroneous understandings and perceptions of yujia.
During the practice, I learned how hard it is to be a teacher. The teacher taught us that we are not only learning yoga knowledge and postures, but also practicing the basic qualities that a yoga coach should have. Not only should the tone of speech be gentle and slow to relax, but when doing the posture, you should also step by step, carefully, reach your own limits, and proceed step by step. For example, when doing the tree pose, you used to only place one foot against the base of your thighs on the other side and raise your hands above your head. Only after taking class did I realize that we must first find a fixed point, concentrate, tip down, maintain balance, put our hands together in front of our chest, inhale and raise our arms over our head. Through this example, I think that becoming a coach should not only be calm, but also be standardized.
Now, I have really started to get involved in yoga and learn yujia. I find that my body is changing every day. My body has become softer than before. The movements that I couldn't do before are now improving every day. I feel the subtle changes that have occurred in my body. Although I get up early every day and rush to catch the bus, I always feel calm and happy. It is a gentle, happy and happy feeling. Learning yoga is fun and I like yoga very much. I deeply realize that practicing more and more does indeed give you a certain life connection with others. This connection transcends the worldly material and emotional connection. It is a communication and vibration in the heart and soul. It is like we are all deep in the ocean, and there is an invisible tremor and fluctuation. For friends who know yoga or don't know yoga, I want to tell him: yoga is really good!
Now I am enjoying the happiness that it brings me more and more. I firmly believe that I will "hold hands" with yoga all my life and stay old...(Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
