Wang Xinling's eldest aunt lived in her house for two years when he was a child."In order to keep in shape, my eldest aunt would do yoga every night. She turned off the TV, and I had nothing to do, so I had to follow her movements. She was still young at the time and didn't know what yoga was. I just thought it was fun and learned intermittently. I don't know if I laid a foundation since I was a child, but after I entered the industry, my dance teachers said that I have soft muscles."

"When you do many movements for the first time, you should do what you can to do. For example, bending over and don't force it. Once you are forced to do them, it will have the opposite effect." She said that everyone has a myth that they have to do it once. "As long as you continue to do it gradually, you can feel the effect. After you pull your muscles apart, there will be no difficulty." She also found that after practicing yoga, it was very helpful for dancing."The softness is better, and the body extension is better and more complete."
