I really love yoga
1. Yoga made me re-understand the importance of health. Before deciding to practice yoga, I knew that yoga is a soothing and fashionable exercise that can make girls more beautiful. When I came to the base and continued practice, I gradually discovered that understanding is superficial and superficial. As I twisted, bent, and supine positions one by one, my body began to experience pain with different reactions. The sub-health of my body caused by my previous unhealthy living habits was fully exposed under these simple actions. The magic of yoga made me reflect on my long-term accumulation of problems that caused my body to "rust" in advance. I was secretly glad that I chose to come to a professional Training institution, and the benefits of systematic knowledge will benefit me for life.
Yoga, which originated in ancient India and has a history of 5000 years, is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Indian people. It fully bends, stretches, and twists all parts of the body through the practice of yoga poses such as standing, sitting, kneeling, lying, and handstand. Stimulate and massage the bones, muscles and organs of the whole body, helping us sculpt our bodies and treat diseases. Change your body's bad habits and get a healthy body. What's more interesting is that most of these postures are created by imitating public affairs or plant postures and using full imagination. In the interesting imitation, you change yourself unknowingly.
The 21st century is a rapidly developing and stressful society. Many people trade their health and youth for wealth and status in hard work. It is said that life is 1 million yuan. 1 is health, followed by houses, cars, bills, wives, sons, health is there, so everything is there, collapsed, without health, and everything else behind it is zero. I am very grateful that I understood this more clearly during my practice of yoga. 2. Yoga brings the soul back to the path of freedom. In one's life, physical health is important, and having a healthy mind makes life full of prosperity and beauty. However, in the ever-changing fast-paced life, people are under more and more pressure., coupled with bad living habits and unhealthy lifestyles, people have more and more mental diseases. Like most people, I am young, and the pressure of strong work and social networks has pressured me physically and mentally exhausted, and my personality has become impetuous and withdrawn. I lost my former happy, positive, and sunny self. During the study of yoga, I finally regained myself little by little. Through the unique yoga breathing method, I not only adjusted my body's endocrine system well, improved lymphatic detoxification ability, increased my patience, but also through the study of yoga and meditation, I cultivated my soul and stopped those selfish desires that had plagued me for a long time. From being unable to be quiet at the beginning to being able to integrate into nature today, I have benefited from the study of yoga, which has allowed my soul to move back on the path of freedom. I look forward to continuing to study and retrieving my optimistic and beautiful self.
I think the study of yoga is just the beginning to this day. There is still a long way to go. Many benefits are far from that.
