High temperature yoga is suitable for beginners
The high-temperature yoga classroom is a fitness room that is sealed on all sides, is spacious and bright, with smooth composite wood floors and relatively concealed heating equipment. It is no different from a room temperature yoga room.
According to the coach, the biggest difference between high-temperature yoga and traditional yoga is that the temperature in the practice room must reach above 38 degrees Celsius. At such high temperatures, the human body is easier to stretch, so high-temperature yoga is very suitable for beginners or people who have been short of exercise for a long time. Before practicing high-temperature yoga, take 5 minutes to adjust your breathing and calm yourself down. Sit cross-legged on the mat, close your eyes, place your hands on your knees, and breathe in and out through your nose.
Beginners can mainly practice half-moon pose and triangular pose.
The movement of the half-moon pose is: keep your feet together, place your center of gravity between your feet, lift your hands from the side of the body, close them on the top of your head, cross your fingers, and move your index finger upward. First, swing slightly left and right, stretch your hands upward, inhale, exhale, slowly move your body to the right side to the maximum extent, push your hips in the opposite direction, completely stretch your waist, inhale, restore your body, exhale, inhale, and fall in the opposite direction. The main point is: Hold your head tightly with your arms, never lower your head, and always look forward.
The triangular gesture is: your feet are together and your center of gravity is placed between your feet. Lift your hands from the sides of your body, put your palms together, and take a big step with your right foot to the right. At the same time, lay your hands flat in large characters. First turn the toes of your right foot to the right. Inhale, move your right knee towards the toes, keep your spine straight, exhale, slowly bend your body to the right side, put your right elbow against your right knee, place the fingertips of your right foot outside your right foot, turn your head upward, straighten your left arm upward, and your palms facing forward. Inhale and restore it to a large shape. Then put your right toe forward and your left toe to the left, taking the same step. The key point is: When moving sideways, make sure that your shoulders and your hips are on the same horizontal plane. When bending sideways, you should also ensure that the junction between your toes and elbows is on the same level as your shoulders and hips.
Benefits of high temperature yoga
Under the guidance of the teacher, the reporter and more than a dozen students slowly stretched and relaxed from the head, neck, shoulders, chest to toes. After 90 minutes of practice, the reporter and most people felt very tired, but after a thorough shower, they slowly felt lighter, refreshed, and happy.
The coach told reporters that high-temperature yoga is very helpful for body exercise, body sculpture and physical health. The biggest effect is detoxification. Through the practice of temperature and speed, the body's perspiration is several times more than usual, and excess fat in the body is discharged through sweat, thus playing the role of detoxification and fat elimination. In addition, practicing high-temperature yoga can deliver 100% fresh blood filled with oxygen to all parts of the body. It not only enhances cardiopulmonary function, but also has a good therapeutic effect on long-term insomnia, back pain, and cervical spondylosis.
