Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga means yoga with a high status like a king. (The Bhagavad-gita is called Rajavidya). It is the only way to the spiritual world. Wang Yoga is more about mind and breathing. Lotus flowers are usually used to wait for some asana days to meditate, abandoning most strict asana practices.

Wang Yoga actively advocates the eight branches of yoga, namely prohibition, respect for walking, sitting, breathing, controlling senses, inner awakening, meditation, and samadhi.

There are many methods of yoga and meditation, but most of the postures use lotus sitting. Lotus sitting has been refined, perfected and purified after centuries of tempering. When practicing meditation, you can feel the movement of the entity through your thoughts, control the circulation of qi vessels in the body, and generate different magical powers.

The one-point gaze method is a meditation practice often loved by yogis. This is usually done in a secluded place, or in a mountain forest, lake and sea to focus attention on a fixed entity such as the statue of Krishna or candles, leaves, wildflowers or waterfalls, running water, etc.; completely immerse your spirit in the infinite depth of silence.

Through regular practice, people can gain flexibility, balance, tenacity, great vitality and resistance to disease. They can also eliminate fatigue and stabilize nerves, thus giving people true peace and tranquility. (Editor in charge: Tian Tian)
