Practice inspiratory abdominal pressure yoga if you are worried about constipation
Nowadays, people's eating conditions are better, but they are not very healthy. Constipation often troubles everyone. Now everyone can not worry. When you are constipation, do inspiratory abdominal pressure yoga, which can effectively relieve constipation.
Inspiratory abdominal pressure
1. Lie on your back, put your hands to the sides of your body, inhale, bend your right knee, retract your right leg, get as close to your chest as possible, exhale, hold your hands crossed, and hug your right knee.
2. Exhale all the air in your lungs, hold your breath, lift your head and move closer to your right leg, knowing that your chin is in contact with your knees.
3. After holding this position for 5 seconds, slowly lower your head.
4. Exhale, release your hands, and at the same time lower your right leg and straighten it.
5. Repeat the action with the other leg.
6. Practice left and right several times alternately.
7. Then bend your knees, keep your thighs close to your upper body as close as possible, and hold your knees tightly with your hands.
8. Raise your head, close your legs, and try your chin to touch your knees as much as possible.
9. Slowly put your head down to the ground, loosen your hands, straighten your legs, and relax.
10. Repeat the complete movement 3 times to practice.
What practitioners need to pay attention to when performing this exercise is that if you can hold the position with your chin touching your knees for a relatively long time, you can change your breath from holding your breath to breathing slowly and evenly.
