Yoga therapy relieves respiratory diseases

Traditional Chinese medicine doctors often say: If you don't treat tinea externally, you don't treat asthma internally. It can be seen that respiratory diseases are also a very difficult problem among doctors. So, people with this disease can only sit still and wait? The answer is no. Yoga will give you hope. Here is a description of yoga therapy for respiratory diseases:

1. Cat Stretch:

1. Kneel on the ground with your hands, knees and calves on the ground, with your arms and thighs perpendicular to the ground, and your toes facing back.

2. Inhale, look up, tighten your back muscles, press down on your waist, tilt your hips, and tilt your head up and back as much as possible. Hold your breath for 6 seconds.

3. Exhale, relax your neck, hang your head, hold your chest, contract your abdominal muscles, and arch your back. Hold your breath for 6 seconds. Repeat this 4 to 8 times.

2. Camel Style:

1. Kneel on the ground with your thighs slightly separated from your feet and your toes pointing backwards.

2. Inhale, place your hands on your hips, and gently bend your spine backward. Exhale while placing your hands on the soles of your feet.

3. After holding for 30 seconds, slowly restore and relax.

3. Heroic Style:

1. Kneel on the floor at the beginning.

2. Keep your knees together, your feet apart, and your toes pointing backwards.

3. Place your hips on the ground between your feet.

4. Don't sit on your feet.

5. The outer sides of both thighs should be in contact with the inner sides of their corresponding calves.

4. Spinning spine:

1. Sit with your legs straight forward.

2. Lay your hands flat on the ground, slightly behind your hips, with your fingers facing outward.

3. Move your left hand over your legs and place it in front of your right hand.

4. Place your left foot on the outside of your right knee and extend your right palm further behind your back.

5. Inhale and turn your head to the right as much as possible to twist your spine.

6. Hold your breath without breathing, and hold this position for a few seconds.

7. Exhale and turn your trunk back into place. It was a twist.

8. Do approximately six twists on each side.

People with respiratory diseases often do not breathe very smoothly, so you must not blindly pursue the quality of movements and the length of breathing during the practice process. You must do within your capabilities. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
