Twist body yoga with magical sobering function

Twist body yoga with magical sobering function0

When I learned that the Twist Body Style had the function of sobering up alcohol, I once laughed in my heart,"Who would think of practicing yoga when they were drunk?" However, two months later, I became a personal practitioner of it. It was the morning after a hangover: dizzy, weak, and couldn't sleep anyway because of the discomfort in my stomach. I couldn't eat it if I wanted to, I couldn't vomit if I wanted to. There was nothing right on my body.

What should I do? After thinking about it, I came up with this yoga move-then give it a try. Fortunately, it didn't disappoint me. After about three sets, I vomited some air from my stomach. I felt no longer as swollen and uncomfortable as before, and my head was not very dizzy, and my body regained some strength. (The feeling of relieving stomach discomfort is particularly obvious. The reason why I no longer feel dizzy may be because I concentrate and have peace of mind when practicing yoga.)

Of course, no matter how good the treatment is, it is not as good as not getting sick, and it is better not to have a hangover.

Practice twist style

1. Sit in a sitting position with your legs straight. Bend your right leg with your right heel close to the left side of your hip, stand your left calf up, cross your left foot over your right leg, place it next to your right knee, and inhale.

2. Pass your right hand through the outside of your left knee and hold your left hand extending from your back. You can feel your back stretched. At this time, while exhaling out while facing the left, turn your upper body to the left, and keep 3-5 deep breaths.

3. Change to the other side before doing it.

Exercise efficacy: When the upper body is twisted, it can increase the pressure on the deep muscles of the waist and abdomen, thereby promoting the burning of excess fat and achieving the goal of thinning the waist. At the same time, the twist type can also enhance the metabolic function of the liver and has an effect on sobering up. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
