Learn yoga to understand the body's energy system

The foundation of yoga's energy system. Have you heard of glands and plexus knots? There are seven chakras in glands and plexus knots. Although glands and plexus knots tend to be energetic rather than physical systems, we still give them a physical concept that allows us to better understand this system.

Glands and venous clusters are connected to the top of the spine, with the seventh node at the top. The first section is at the bottom, the first and seventh sections are a little conical and can move up and down, the second to sixth sections are between them, and they each have two energy cones. One in front and one behind. Can extend forward and backward. We call the first three rounds of glands and plexus knots the "animal chakras", the fourth and fifth chakras the "human chakras", and the sixth and seventh chakras the "divine chakras".

The first chakra is called "Mlahala" or "Undersea chakra"

It includes the anus, perineum, and urethra. Its energy can ensure your safety on this planet. The first part of the wheel is related to survival, including family, security, money and enough food to ensure our safety and survival.

The second chakra is called "Swahishtana" or "Reproductive chakra"

It includes the sexual organs, ovaries and testicular glands, and it's about craving energy. It's not just a desire for sex, it's all good things, it's also controlling creativity and productivity, such as writing books and having the next generation.

The third chakra is called the Mannipuwa or the umbilical chakra

It is distributed about three inches below the xiphoid process. It controls the digestive organs. Its energy is related to ability to win, complete what you want to do and achieve your goal. It is related to perseverance, willpower, and strength.

These three rounds above are what we call "animal wheels". The next two chakras are called the "human chakras". As the chakras move upwards, their energy becomes smaller and smaller, and their degree of evolution becomes higher.

The fourth chakra is called "Anahata" or "Heart chakra"

It is related to unconditional love and compassion, and it controls the heart, lungs, hands and arms. Arms are for hugging. Giving and receiving, the element of the "heart chakra" is air, so breathing is related to this chakra.

The fifth chakra is the "Vissuda" or "throat chakra"

It governs truth, speaking and listening. It is the energy of communication. It is related to sound or anything done with sound. Its element is the aura, the space between things. This is an area where real communication can be achieved. These are the two parts of the "Human Chakra", the Heart Chakra "Anahata" and the Throat Chakra "Vessuda".

The last two wheels mentioned below are the "God Wheels"

The sixth chakra is the "glabella chakra" and the "third eye". Its Sanskrit name is "ana". It is related to the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is a very small gland, 0.25 inches below the skull and 0.25 inches above the eyebrow. Some people here call it the "main gland", which I think is very interesting because the pituitary gland originates from nerves and glandular tissue in the embryo, and it has not only nerve parts but also gland parts. I think it is in this place that your feelings and thoughts affect your physical body. The energy of this sixth part of Chaka is related to vision and intuition. It is not only physical seeing, you see me, I see you, you see what you cannot see, and you cannot know what you cannot know. This is your intuition.

The seventh chakra is the "top chakra"

The "thousand-petal lotus" is at the top. It is called "Sahasnana". "Sahasnana" is a lovely name, and these thousand petals represent the connection between us, between you and me, between us and other people on this planet, between this planet and us and animals, and even between other planets. The seventh chakra is related to our connection with God. Yoga practices can move and balance energy between the chakras. These practices are to divert energy from the lower chakras. For example: fear, greed. The transfer of power to higher ones may require more chakras, such as love, compassion, truth and eternal connection. That is the energy principle behind yoga.
