There are two reasons for premature ejaculation in men: one is that sexual experience is shallow and easy to be excited, and the autonomic and motor nerves are out of balance; the other is pathological nature, such as phimosis, inflammation, skin diseases of the sexual organs, mental stress, etc.

In fact, as long as the posture is good, the waist is stretched straight, and the dantian under the umbilicus (where the autonomic nerves gather) will prevent premature ejaculation. Heroic posture

1. Stand upright, lean forward, your back in a straight line, and your hands perpendicular to the ground.

2. Take a step back with your left leg, bend your knees with your right leg, and lay your hands and palms flat on the ground.

3. Touch the ground with the sole of your left foot, maintain balance, and lift your arms and straighten them to the sides.

4. Inhale, slowly lift your hands up, keep your body high, keep your body straight, and return to the original position in ten seconds.
