Yoga: The only way to relieve stress
Yoga theory believes that the health of the nervous system is the most important factor in the overall physical and mental health. Yoga practices and yoga meditation methods are more beneficial to the human nervous system than any exercise system. Yoga can also restore the over-excited nervous system to normal function. Therefore, practicing yoga is the only way to relieve stress.
