Tighten yoga breathing method to maintain youthful vitality

Tighten yoga breathing method to maintain youthful vitality0

After practicing yoga for a long time, you will find that sometimes your breathing cannot keep up with the rhythm of yoga, so you must practice yoga breathing specifically to keep up with the pace of yoga.

There are three main methods of tightening yoga breathing, which should be performed while holding your breath.

Method:

(1) Clamping method: Hold your breath after inhaling, press your chin against the clavicle, and restore when exhaling;

(2) Abdominal contraction method: Hold your breath after exhaling, contract your abdomen, and inhale to restore;

(3) Perineal binding method: Hold your breath after inhaling, contract the perineum (muscles at the bottom of the pelvis), and exhale to restore; practice each binding method 6-10 times, and then take several deep breaths.

Efficacy:

(1) Seal the vital energy or subtle energy of the body;

(2) Facilitate energy and provide nutrients to tissues and important organs of the body;

(3) Enhance physical fitness, be energetic, rejuvenate and remain youthful;

Note:

(1) Start practicing after mastering the breathing method for more than half a year;

(2) The breath-holding time is within the range of personal ability;

The tightening yoga breathing method is good for providing energy to your body when practicing yoga, so that you will not be unable to keep up because of the fast pace of practicing yoga. This is more suitable for the middle stage of yoga practice. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
