Practice method:

1. Choose a comfortable sitting position, form yoga mudras with your hands and place them naturally on your knees, relax your whole body: relax your facial muscles, eyes, nose, lips, and tongue, close your eyes, focus on your breathing, and use your nose to breathe, just quietly observe your breathing state and gradually calm your heart.

2. Keep your breathing natural and quiet, feel your shoulders sinking, and relax as much as possible. After a few minutes, it becomes quieter and quieter. You can tell yourself carefully that I am slowly exhaling out to release the pressure and pain on my shoulders. When inhaling in, I imagine the cosmic energy in nature entering my body force. It illuminates my whole body. The blood in the whole body is transparent, the five internal organs and six bends of the whole body are transparent, and only the muscles of the shoulder blades are gray-black.

3. Gradually focus your consciousness on the painful parts on the shoulder blade and pay attention to the feeling of pain.

4. Imagine that the muscles in the pain area are gray.

5. Focus on the gray muscles and breathe.

6. When you inhale, the energy of the universe enters the body. This energy becomes a beam of white light. This beam of light shines in the gap between the dark shoulder blades. The muscles of the shoulder blades slowly soften from rigidity, as if they are melted. Ice stone, the soft tissues in the muscles are rearranged, giving rise to new pink-white muscles. Carefully understand that the new white muscles are just a painkiller.

7. Exhale the gas from the original gray muscles when exhaling.

8. Repeat this several times until you feel the pain in your shoulder blade muscles has eased.

9. After breathing and adjusting your breath, slowly open your eyes

Some people in society are rich, famous and influential, but these people's hearts are very unhealthy and their souls are empty. In order to find spiritual stimulation, some people drink heavily, smoke, and even take drugs all day long in order to get rid of their spiritual emptiness. If you do yoga and meditate every day, you will reflect on our mistakes in life, review what is disturbing us, and think about what the mind is thinking. This kind of practice reduces the pressure on our spirit and brings us to the body. What brings is health and happiness. When practicing yoga, many people ignore meditation and blindly pursue postures, which is very one-sided. We all attach great importance to appearance.
