1. Yoga voice meditation

Of all yogic meditation systems, none is as direct, time-tested, or widely used as the efficacy of yogic voice meditation. Yoga voice meditation can be practiced in conjunction with the practice to enhance the vitality, or it can be practiced individually. In other words, a person can first control the senses by manipulating and controlling the vital energy, and then start to focus on his yoga voice, or he can practice yoga voice meditation regardless of his current state of consciousness. Such yogic voice meditation itself leads to withdrawal of the senses, holding, meditation and eventual entry into meditation.

Yoga voice meditation is also known as Mantra meditation. The Sanskrit word "Mantra" can be divided into two parts, namely "Man" and "Tla". "Man" means "soul", and "Tra" means "lead away". Therefore,"Mantra" means a special set of sounds that can lead the human mind away from its worldly thoughts, worries, desires, spiritual burdens, etc. As long as one focuses on his yoga pronunciation, one can gradually transcend ignorance. From this step, yoga meditation develops deeper, gradually evolves into perfect Zen, and finally enters a state of meditation.

In his "Yoga Sutra", Patanjali described holding, meditation and meditation in eight-branch yoga as the three stages of yoga meditation. In the holding stage, the meditator's mind always tends to stray away from the objects of meditation; in the meditation stage, the highest perfect state where the meditator's mind focuses on a little is called meditation.
