Sightseeing meditation: Yoga for eyes

STEP1: Eye relaxation-Gently close your eyes, your eyes move naturally, and you can also do some simple massages similar to eye exercises.

STEP2: Open your eyes slowly, don't look directly at the candlelight. Look at the front side of your legs first, slowly move your eyes upward, and finally move to the candlelight to stare. Relax your eyes. Don't stare at your eyes and try not to blink. Wait until you feel tears are about to flow. When you feel that tears are about to flow, slowly retract your eyes and close your eyes, arch your palms, make your palms bowl shape over your eyes, don't touch your eyes, stay for 5 to 7 breaths, and relax.

STEP3: Open your eyes again and stare directly at the candlelight. When you feel that your eyes are sore, tears are about to flow or have already flowed, close your eyes. Put your palms together and rub them on your eyes. Be careful not to touch your eyes. At this time, your eyes are very sensitive. Let the tears flow naturally.

Sightseeing Meditation Attention

1 For people with normal vision and slightly deviated vision, the distance between the candle and the person is about one and a half meters; if the vision is particularly low, keep a distance of more than two meters from the candle.

2 People who suffer from depression and wear contact lenses should not do it. People who wear glasses can do it, but take off their glasses when touching their eyes.

3 People who have undergone eye surgery such as healing myopia should consult their doctor first. Generally, they can do sightseeing and meditation three months after surgery.
