See yourself through yoga
Yoga is about gradual progress. Only by being down-to-earth and accumulating bit by bit can we reach the true realm of yoga. Some members have been worried about whether they will not be able to persist since they first came. In fact, this is also a reflection of their personality characteristics. In fact, please don't doubt your patience and persistence, as long as you learn to discover the changes that yoga brings to us, I believe you will fall in love with yoga just like them.
There are many genres of yoga,"still as a virgin, moving like a rabbit." Each genre has different practice methods. Traditional Hada Yoga will make you feel its soft and dynamic flow yoga will make you realize that yoga can be so challenging. Sexual, and yoga meditation brings us into another realm of insight into ourselves. There is such a rule, of course, this is not absolute. People with relatively quiet personalities generally prefer quiet and stretching classical yoga, while those with lively personalities prefer dynamic flow yoga. But I believe that in the world of yoga, you will always find a practice method that suits you. The more difficult you do does not mean that you truly understand yoga.
Yoga focuses on one's own feelings. It is a philosophy and an attitude towards life. People are composed of two parts: spirit and body. When our body reaches a certain realm, we can create difficult positions and soft bodies that are admired by everyone. Body, slim figure, but these are all superficial, and more importantly, our hearts. Through yoga, we can purify our bodies and souls, and understand tolerance, universal love, and giving. We are all incomplete, with shortcomings from birth, and some of us may not be able to change in our lives, but we need a spirit to change the status quo, so that life can be fun and hope.
In fact, in this materialistic society, we really need yoga. It can bring us complete relaxation and spiritual satisfaction after a hard day. When practicing yoga, we must put an end to the "following the gourd" method. We not only master some postures, our hearts and our consciousness are also critical. "breathing, posture, and consciousness" are combined into one. This is the real yoga. (Internship Editor: Tong Wenchong)
