She has served as a guiding coach in dozens of fitness clubs and yoga clubs, winning the reputation of a gold medal coach in yoga.
Her husband, Wang Wenli, has been engaged in physical fitness for more than ten years. He is a national first-level fitness coach and has practiced yoga for many years. The couple have been practicing yoga together for more than 5 years and have gone to the snowy mountains at an altitude of 4000 meters many times to practice yoga. Based on 20 years of experience as fitness instructors and combined with the content of double practice in ancient Indian yoga, the two have carefully choreographed a set of soothing and warm double yoga.
