Do cat-style yoga before going to bed to improve cold hands and feet so that you can fall asleep
Yoga improves cold hands and feet and helps you fall asleep
Fitness coaches suggest that you can do a modified yoga cat pose to help blood smoothly transport to the extremities of your hands and feet and promote blood circulation. When the body warms, it will naturally be easier to fall asleep. The practice is also very simple and can be done every day before going to bed.
Do not exercise vigorously before going to bed
Experts also reminded that when doing this yoga move, in order to protect the wrists and knees, a towel can be placed under it to help buffer, and the wrist can be moved forward a little, so the pressure will be less. If you have knee degenerative arthritis or patella malacia, it is not suitable for you. Other people do exercise before going to bed. In fact, it is not advisable to do too intense exercise before going to bed. Although blood circulation will improve, the human body is in a state of too excited and it is easy to fall asleep. It is recommended to do gentle yoga or Gymnastics.
