Adjust your posture and yoga to practice elegance (picture)
1. Stand upright, feet together, hands hanging naturally, clench your fists, shoulders raised, and wrap them back.
2. Stand upright with your feet together, raise your hands horizontally to your side, palms forward, and wrists backward.
3. Separate your feet, turn your legs and upper body 90° to the right, place your hands behind your back, hug each other's elbows, bend down, lean forward, and keep your upper body close to your right leg.
4. Stand upright, feet together, hands together, straighten forward, bend your knees and squat, and your thighs are as parallel as possible to the ground.
5. Keep your feet apart, the distance is the same as the width of your hips, your right hand hangs down naturally, your left hand flexes your elbow, press your head, and your head bends to the right with your body. Change sides and repeat.
6. Put your legs together, touch the ground with your toes, and support your hands on the ground to form a plate. Bend your right leg, lift it forward, turn it from the outside to the inside, straighten it back, change your left leg, and repeat.
7. Sit down, straighten your upper body, put your legs together, bend your knees, clip a small fitness ball, a book or a piece of paper between your knees (the thinner the better), straighten your hands forward, and at the same time, lift your calves, and align with your thighs.
