Fitness, yoga and stress reduction are a good helper

Every time I feel under great pressure and feel depressed, I really want to go out and run 800 or 1000 meters, but it's so cold that I really don't dare to go out. It's better to do a few stress-reducing yoga to help you "release" all your stress.

Step1 Lie on your back, your feet a short distance apart, your toes facing the outside, naturally place your arms on the floor on both sides of your body, lie flat on your back, breathe naturally, or take a few deep breaths.

Step2 Twist your head to the right, then to the left, maintaining natural breathing, and repeat.

Step3 When lying flat, make exaggerated expressions on your face to relieve the tense facial muscles.

Step4 Raise your arms off the ground, spread your fingers out, and hold your arms and palms tightly.

Step5 Lower your arms, relax your arms, straighten your chest up, and take a few deep breaths.

Step6 Lift your right foot off the ground, move your toes, and repeat with your left foot.
