Yoga fitness exercises improve cold hands and feet

Lightning stance

Action: Front knees are at 90 degrees, rear feet are straight, hands are stretched on the floor, back and feet are in a straight line, elbow joints are as relaxed as possible, not too hard, and then change feet after 3 to 5 consecutive breaths.
Effectiveness: This action extends to the back thighs and pelvis cavity, which can strengthen physical fitness and resist wind cold.

Action: The front knees should be at 90 degrees, the rear feet should be extended backwards as much as possible, the pelvis should be straight, the spine should be extended upwards as much as possible, the arms should be straight up, the waist should be straight, and the rest of the fingers should be clasped except the index finger.
Efficacy: This action stretches to the hip muscles, opens the abdomen and chest sides, and continues to enhance breathing function.
dog
Movement: The preparation for Dog Style is to place your palms on the ground, place your palms in front of your feet on the ground, and your back and head are in a straight line. Then push the coccyx upwards, move your body closer to your legs, forming a triangular shape, straighten your arms and place your palms naturally on the ground.
Efficacy: It can strengthen the physical fitness of the trunk and limbs, thereby promoting blood circulation in the limbs and trunk. In this way, the hands and feet will have heat energy, which will naturally improve the cold situation.
