Soothing yoga for insomnia

Is your mental tension making you feel stressed physically and mentally and unable to sleep well? Try doing yoga movements that help relax your muscles, 1-2 times a day, for 10 minutes each time, to help you treat insomnia and rejuvenate you a lot.

1. Sit in a chair.

2. Open your hands as wide as your shoulders, clench your fists with your hands firmly and straighten them out for 30 seconds.

3. Slowly relax your hands, hang them down, and take 3 deep breaths.

4. Fold the facial features together vigorously and hold for 30 seconds.

5. Open your eyes, open your mouth, and stick out your tongue vigorously for 30 seconds.

6. Slowly relax your facial features and take 3 deep breaths.

7. Hold your hands behind your back and hold your head down hard, so that your chin rests on your chest, and hold for 30 seconds.

8. Place your hands behind you and hold each other, press your shoulders back hard, lift your head, and stretch your chest out for 30 seconds.

9. Raise your head, relax your upper body, and take 3 deep breaths.

10. Lift your right knee, straighten your right leg, lift your sole firmly, hold it for 30 seconds, and change sides once.
