Double yoga makes your workout easier

Double yoga makes your workout easier0

With the popularity of yoga, double yoga has become more and more popular. By practicing double yoga, you can use each other's strength to complete wonderful movements. Today, Xiaobian recommends three double yoga movements for you to enhance the relationship and tacit understanding between you.

Double Stretch One

1. Ask your partner to lie on the mat and stand behind it to prepare.

2. Ask your partner to bend your knees and face the sky with the soles of your feet. Try to sit slowly and gently on the soles of your partner's feet, tilt your upper body forward, place your hands on the partner's shoulders, and prepare to pull your partner up. The practitioner lying down below will stretch your hands back and follow the partner's thighs until you hold it on your instep.

3. The students above slowly pull up their partner, leaving their upper body off the floor, showing a "bow posture", maintaining it for three breaths, and then resuming the practice of replacing people. Please maintain the same speed throughout the entire process. Don't rush or slow down. It will be very dangerous to suddenly pull your partner up or put your partner down with a bang.

Double Stretch Two

1. Sit face to face in yoga, and do hold each other's hands and prepare.

2. One party slowly falls back, and the other party stands up.

3. After making sure that your partner is completely lying on the floor, the standing students try to straighten their legs.

4. The person who stands has his legs straight, and try to push his hips back to extend his lower back and arms. It feels as if the spine is completely opened section by section, stretching it comfortably. After the end, reverse the action and exchange the roles to practice.

Double Stretch Three

1. Sit face to face in yoga and grab your partner's hand.

2. Extend your left foot and step on the opponent's standing left foot.

3. Prepare to inhale, exhale and deepen the movement, allowing the other person to twist the upper body to the right and back, and try to twist more each time you exhale. If you find that you can't reverse it anymore, stay in the present moment, enjoy stretching, and respect the limits of everyone's body. Change sides and practice after the end.
