Diet:
Yoga teachers suggest that your daily diet should be plain and light as much as possible. There is no compulsion to change yoga eating habits. Changing eating habits is the beginning of a lifestyle change. Changing slowly is more natural and beneficial than enforcing it. If you have meat in your current diet every day and every meal, you can try to reduce meat from once a day to once every two days, then once every three days, and so on, and one day you will find that you don't have to eat meat.
