The third form of weight loss yoga: airplane style
Aircraft pose, this is the last yoga move introduced to everyone. First, lay your body on your stomach with your forehead on the ground, but be careful not to bruise your forehead. Open your hands and feet left and right at the same time. Then, adjust your breathing, take a deep breath, inhale, and leave your head, hands and feet off the ground at the same time.
