1. Put your palms together, gently place your middle finger under your chin, and exhale and prepare.

3. Exhale while restoring your face.

4. Then place your hands on the back of your head and inhale and prepare. While exhale, slowly press your head forward to stretch the back of your head. Maintain this position and breathe 3 times.

1. Lie on your back with your feet open to the width of your waist, and stand up with your knees. Keep your back straight and relax your shoulders.

2. Gently lift your hips, place your palms under your hips, and use your elbows to stabilize your body lying on the mat. Breathe in and prepare. Place your hands under your hips with palms down and hands facing up to your hips.

3. While inhaling in, gently lift your head, bend your chest, put the top of your head against the cushion, and consciously support your body with your abdominal muscles. Maintain posture and take 5 deep breaths.

4. Exhale and return to its original state.
