a. Grab the sides of the chair with your arms apart, straighten your legs back, lift your heels, and do push-ups.
b. Sit one-third of the chair, spread your legs, raise your arms forward, clench your hands, and tilt your upper body backward without touching the back of the chair. Hold for 10 seconds, then open your arms.

a. Lie prone on the ground, legs apart as wide as your hips, instep close to the ground, hands straighten forward, and palms fold downward. Inhale in, lift your upper body when you exhale, stretch your arms and walk forward like Superman.
b. Sit one-half of the chair, with your legs spread flat on the ground, lift your head and chest out, fold your arms into a fist, lift your arms up above the top of your head when exhaling, and open your chest outward.
