1. Sit in a chair, straighten your spine, bend your right leg, grab the tip of your right foot with your right hand, pull up your right leg and straighten it. After holding for 3-5 breaths, bend your right knee and lower your right leg. Then change your left leg and repeat the same action. Do it 5 times on left and right.

2. Stand about two steps behind the chair, spread your legs as wide as your hips, tilt your upper body forward, open your arms as wide as your shoulders, straighten them out, grab the back of the chair, and press your back downward. Hold for 3-5 breaths. Repeat 5 times.

3. Stand about two steps behind the chair, with your legs together, your upper body tilted forward, straighten your arms, and grab the back of the chair with your hands crossed. Then twist the upper body to the left and right sides, stopping for 3-5 breaths each. Repeat 5 times.

4. Kneel down about 1 step behind the chair, stretch your arms backward and grab the chair back, straighten your spine, sit your hips on your heels, and hold for 3-5 breaths. Repeat 5 times.

5. Stand about 1 step away with your back to the chair, with your legs together. Twist the upper body to the left, grab the back of the chair with both hands, look straight in front of the chair, hold for 3-5 breaths, then return to the original position and twist to the right. Repeat 5 times.

6. Face to the right, stand behind the chair for about 2 steps, tilt your upper body to the left, grab the chair back with your left hand, stretch your right waist, hold for 3-5 breaths, and then change sides and repeat. Repeat 5 times.
