Cat Weight Loss Yoga
Step1 Kneel position with feet together, knees bent 90 degrees, hips raised up, arms stretched under shoulders, head raised and leaned back slightly.
Step2 Put your hips down and lower your head, arch your shoulders slightly upwards.
Step3 Slowly lift your right foot forward until your right foot is placed next to your left knee, your right leg is straight, and your chest is as close to your right knee as possible.
Step4 Slowly step out your right foot, straighten your right leg and point obliquely upward, lift your head, and open your shoulders back.
Step5 Retract your right foot and land on the ground, kneel on your knees, straighten your back, and breathe naturally.
