Cobra variant weight loss yoga
Step1 Lie on your stomach, on your stomach, feet together, legs straight on the ground, hands on the floor on both sides of your chest, head lowered, forehead on the floor, and upper arms tightened.
Step2 Slowly lift your shoulders and lean back, with your chest as far away as possible from the floor. After your body is stable, slowly lift your hands off the ground and tilt your head back.
