1. Fish Yoga
① Lie on your back, feet together, legs straight and on the ground, hands on your chest, elbows on the ground, chin up until the top of your head is against the floor, lift your shoulders off the ground, and straighten your chest up.
② Lower your arms, place your hands on the floor above your head, put your palms together, and straighten your chest as high as possible.
2. Sitting Twisting Slim Waist Yoga
① Sitting in a sitting position, place your left leg straight on the floor, your toes pointing upward, your right leg bent, place your right foot above your left knee, and support your arms on the floor.
② Twist your head to the right and lean your shoulders back. Raise your right hip and place your right foot on the floor on the outside of your left knee.
③ Pull back your shoulders, keep your back straight, and lift your right knee.
④ Twist your head to the right, place your left hand above your right knee, and keep your back straight.
