Meditative yoga

4. Repeat repeatedly until you persist for 1 minute.

Sitting yoga

1. Sit on the ground, knees together and bend.

1. Open both arms, and on both sides of the body, the right leg is stretched out and bent.

2. Stand with your feet open, your right toe open 90 degrees outward, and your left toe open 45 degrees.

4. Look at your left hand, hold for 5 seconds, return to the original position, and practice in the opposite direction.

2. Put your hands on the ground, palms down, and tips of your fingers point at your heels.

3. Exhale and press down on your palms and arms. Lift your hips up as far as possible.

4. Tighten the muscles of your body, hold for 5 seconds, return to the original position, and repeat.
