Sitting Stretch Weight Loss Yoga
1. Sit cross-legged with your legs.
2. Stretch your arms above the top of your head and raise them high, with your palms facing forward.
3. Open your shoulders as far as possible to both sides, slowly tilt your upper body forward, and keep your back straight.
4. Take a break and repeat it several times.

1. Sit in a chair with your back straight, your legs spread out as wide as your shoulders, your heels stand on top, and your toes turn upwards.
