Dance Yoga

① Stand with your feet together, your arms hanging naturally on both sides of your body, concentrate your body weight on your right foot, bend your left leg backwards, and hold the ankle of your left foot with your left hand. Your body is still in straight state.

② Place your right arm straight in front of your body, and lift your right forearm slightly upwards to help balance.

③ Hold your left leg tightly with your left hand and continue to lift it up until your left thigh is parallel to the floor, and your body can lean forward slightly.

④ If you can, you can continue to lift your left leg up, depending on your comfort level.

③ Switch to the other side and repeat it.

Eagle Yoga

① Stand, feet together, arms straight over the head, hips slightly down, into a chair.

② Lift your left leg, wrap it around your right thigh, and hook the inside ankle of your right foot with your left toe.

③ Lower your arms in front of your body, bend your elbows at 90 degrees, and wrap your left arm around under the right elbow to make your left and right palms close together.

④ Lower your shoulders so that your arms can be parallel to the floor.

③ Switch to the other side and repeat it.
