Shoulder circles yoga
Function: Activate the shoulder blade joint, avoid shoulder and sports injuries, and effectively slim the arms.
1. Sit with your legs crossed on the ground and put your fingertips on your shoulders.
2. Use the power of your elbows to drive your hands back in a circle, inhale when you are up and exhale when you are down.
3. Make the same movement and circle forward.
Number of times: After winding backwards six times, winding forwards six times.
Tip: When winding your elbows in a circle, follow the principle of not forcing them. The more you circle them, you feel your shoulders relax.
Note: Relax your shoulders and keep your body straight. Do not rise and fall with your elbow movements.
Finger yoga

Action:
1. Sit cross-legged on the ground, extend your right hand forward and your palms outward.

3. Cover all fingers of your right hand with your left hand and stretch back.
4. Stretch down.
