Shoulder and arm soothing yoga
Efficacy: Relieves shoulder and arm pain, improves arm tightness and rigidity symptoms.
Recommended times: 8 times on the left and right sides.
1. Stand in a posture with your legs open as wide as your shoulders, your back straight, your left elbow bent and placed on your chest, keeping it perpendicular to your body, your right hand just below your left elbow, your shoulders relaxed naturally, and inhale.
2. Hold your left elbow with your right hand and move towards your right shoulder, press your shoulder, slowly exhale, stay for 10 seconds, and then change sides.

Elbow Soft Yoga

1. Stand in a posture, lift your head and chest out, overlap your hands and forearms, hold your left elbow with your right hand, and inhale.
2. Grab the left elbow with your right hand and stretch it to the right, stay for 10 seconds and then change sides.
