Tree yoga: Improve concentration and adjust body balance
1. Relax your shoulders, stand upright with your feet slightly apart from each other, with your feet facing forward, and your pelvis standing up so that your whole body is on the same plane, and your arms droop naturally to relax your whole body.

1. Spread your legs back and forth, with your left foot in front, the soles of your feet facing straight forward, and the soles of your right foot horizontally behind. The angle between the legs is 60 degrees, and the weight of your body falls on the midpoint between your feet.
2. Raise your arms up while breathing in, and put your palms together.
3. Keep your arms stretched upward, bend your left knee while exhaling. The angle between your thighs and your calves is close to 90 degrees. Keep your upper body straight and move your center of gravity forward slightly. Stay for 20-30 seconds and then swap and redo it.
Triangle Yoga: Exercise the rector muscles and waist muscles in your legs
1. Spread your legs 60 degrees left and right, with the sole of your left foot slightly forward, and the sole of your right foot slightly to the right. The upper body is straight, and the arms droop naturally.
