Simple chair slimming exercise OL slimming and relieving fatigue.
1. Exercise of forward flexion of the cervical spine
Sit straight in the chair, legs together, and fall vertically on the ground. Press your upper body forward to completely conform to your thighs. Grab the legs behind the chair with both hands backward, slowly look up and look forward, then lower your head to relax, and repeat the head movements 8 to 10 times. 2. Intercostal muscle stretching exercise
Lean your body against the back of the chair and straighten your outer legs. Cross your hands over your head and turn your palms up. Lift the straight outer leg up, lower it, repeat 12 to 20 times, and then change to the other side. Keep your head up and chest out.
3. Stretch your body
Sit straight with your back close to the chair. Grab the rear legs of the chair with both hands, then lift your head, chest out, and back. Repeat 10 to 14 times. Be careful to proceed slowly throughout the movement and do not hold your breath. When leaning back, you can exhale through your mouth.
