Young white-collar workers are more likely to gain weight
Nearly 80% of white-collar workers eat and sleep irregularly and feel tired every day; young white-collar workers are more likely to gain weight. Health experts have jointly advocated that office workers implement a "breakfast exercise and a 22-o'clock sleep plan."
China Medical Doctor Association, China Hospital Association, Beijing City Insurance Association, Ciming Physical Examination Group, Fashion Health and other institutions jointly released the "White Paper on Urban White-Collar Health in China." Health survey data based on 3 million samples of health check-up data from more than ten cities such as Beijing and Shanghai show that white-collar people aged 20-30 and 30-40 are more likely to gain weight, while the former's white-collar workers have a chance of gaining weight. 40.92%, far greater than the latter and 14.24% higher. This is closely related to living habits such as excessive eating and staying up late.
The survey found that nearly 80% of white-collar workers eat and sleep irregularly and feel tired every day. 23.7% of people "eat breakfast at will and don't eat it when they get up late";20.7% often eat fast food and cannot guarantee the intake of fruits and vegetables;54.4% feel that they don't get enough sleep every day, and 32.4% don't sleep well;46% exercise occasionally.
